• All products are delivered electronically (e.g., via QR code or email).

• Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Order Accuracy & Usage Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology

  • Your device is unlocked

  • The selected plan is compatible with your destination

• We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatible devices, incorrect destination selection, or user error.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.

• Payment must be completed in full before digital delivery.

5. Activation & Connectivity

• eSIM services require data roaming to be enabled on your device.

• Network speed and coverage are dependent on local telecom infrastructure and conditions.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, minimum speeds, or coverage in all locations.

6. Fair Use Policy (FUP)

• Excessive data usage, including but not limited to video streaming, gaming, file sharing, and hotspot usage, may be subject to Fair Use Policy restrictions.

• We reserve the right to reduce speed, suspend, or terminate service if abnormal usage patterns are detected.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• No refunds will be provided for:

  • Activated plans (unless confirmed malfunction)

  • Poor coverage due to geographical or infrastructure limitations

  • User error or device incompatibility

• Approved refunds, if any, are limited to the unused portion of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, travel disruption, or business interruption.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

9. Third-Party Networks & Services

• Our services rely on third-party telecommunications providers.

• We are not responsible for outages, performance issues, or service limitations caused by third-party network operators.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company and protected by applicable laws.

• Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
