Refund Policy & Usage Terms

Refund Eligibility

  • Once the eSIM QR code has been issued and sent, the order is non-refundable.

  • If the eSIM plan has already been activated, a refund may only be considered if our customer support team confirms that the service is malfunctioning due to technical reasons.

  • Plans that are not verified with customer support are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds, if approved, are limited strictly to the unused portion of the plan.
    We do not provide compensation for indirect losses, including but not limited to travel disruptions, work impact, or emotional distress.

  • No refunds will be accepted after the trip has ended.

Usage & Fair Use Policy (FUP)

To ensure optimal performance and to avoid Fair Use Policy (FUP) violations:

  • High-data activities such as large file uploads/downloads, video streaming, movie watching, online gaming, and frequent use of video-based social media should be done under a WiFi connection whenever possible.

  • Social media platforms primarily consist of photos and videos; extended usage may result in high data consumption.

  • We strongly recommend:

    • Turning off automatic app updates and cloud backups

    • Disabling auto-play for videos on social media

    • Avoiding satellite navigation mode; standard navigation mode is recommended

Network Performance Disclaimer

  • Network speed and quality may vary depending on:

    • Device hardware

    • Distance from network base stations

    • Local network congestion

    • Geographic location

  • Hotspot or tethering may affect bandwidth and speed. Minimum speeds are not guaranteed.

Activation & Connectivity

  • Please ensure data roaming is enabled on your device to use the eSIM.

  • If you are unable to connect upon arrival at your destination, contact us immediately for assistance.

Coverage Disclaimer

  • Network quality differs by country and region due to varying infrastructure.

  • Refunds will not be granted due to poor signal or coverage in areas with weak reception.
